Ayala Mall at Avida Settings Dasmarinas Cavite
Ayala Malls are rising in Dasmarinas Cavite. The first Ayala Mall that’s currently under construction is “Hennessy Mall”. It’s at the end corner of Aguilnaldo highway and Daang Hari Road. This year, a new Ayala Mall will rise, right side of the main entrance of Avida Settings, Dasmarinas Cavite. it would be hard to imagine that the once “probinsya” is fast becoming urbanized. We all know that SM is everywhere but for an Ayala Mall to invest in Cavite must have been done in such caution. Dasmarinas Cavite was once considered distant but thanks to new road access, Makati CBD can be as short as 45 minutes. Molino IV crossing the lines between Bacoor and Dasmarinas is home to Avida Settings. A few meters after would be Dasma already and AvidaLand built 3 more residential and commercial area with plans to expand within the next 20 years.
Mall update as of March 2013
The new mall is fast rising and target completion is said to be end of 2013. According to our sources, the mall name is ARVO MALL. The name was coincidental when the movie Argo came out, but as a slang in Australia, it means ”afternoon”. In Finland, it means “valuable”, perhaps a better name than the originally intended “value mall”. Arvo Mall in Molino is said to compete with SM Molino and another SM Hypermart rising less than a kilometer away. Yes, This Ayala Mall will be in-between two SM establishments along Molino Road. This simply means that Molino Cavite is truly set to be a middle class thriving community, and Avida Settings is at the center of it.
Why build an Ayala Mall in Dasmarinas Cavite?
A grand master plan is unveiling before our eyes. First of all, Molino Road, Cavite (topographically located in Dasmariñas City) doesn’t feel “probinsya” at all. Yes there are a few decrepit commercial areas along the way but these are slowly being replaced by new businesses – thanks to middle-class residents from Metro Manila who are moving in this area. Roads are being widened (slowly but surely) and yes – an Ayala Mall will soon rise here. SM Molino is 2km away and major supermarket and restaurant establishments will soon rise as well.
To date, Avida Settings, Avida Residences – Sta. Catalina, Avida Residences – Dasmariñas & Avida Village – Sta. Cecilia have pretty much overtaken Molino. This area has lots of potential with approximately 2,000 hectares of undeveloped land. These areas include rolling lands from Daang Hari Molino IV towards Paliparan. Indeed – these area is reserved for future development that will make the Bacoor-Dasma area compete with the country’s top residential and commerical destination.
The Molino Road in Bacoor-Dasmarinas area links to Molino Highway that gives you an alternative route going to Coastal Road. You need not use Aguinaldo Highway when going home to Avida Settings Cavite.
Property value in Molino on the rise!
When Avida Residences – Sta. Catalina was first introduce about 6 years ago, you can get a house & lot for P1.6M. The same property has appreciated to P3M. Then comes Avida Settings – the American themed residences whose first offering for a basic house and lot was P2.5M, now valued at P3.6M after four years. The two-level commercial center will have a supermarket to address basic shopping needs, and will be complemented with an array of fashion and dining establishments. The mall is designed to have a combination of al-fresco and air-conditioned areas.
An Activity Center will also be made available for shows and activities that will entertain the Cavite market.
Ample parking space will surround the entire property, while a terminal will also be in place for the commuting public.
