9Avida Village Cerise is the most affordable house and lot residential unit in Nuvali. The 20 hectare residential community is just after Avida Parkway. It’s nearest to Canlubang exit and a minute away from Nuvali’s Republic Wakeboard.
DISTANCE:
The property is about 4 minutes from Solenad, Nuvali’s main entrance. Although it’s about 6 km. away, a service vehicle can bring you to and from Nuvali’s entry and exit points. The shuttle service is at a limited time and schedule starting at 6am to 9am. It resumes service by 4pm until 8pm only. A 24-hours regular shuttle service will eventually be available, as the community grows. Nuvali has a bus terminal that can bring you to Makati or Ortigas, just a few steps from Solenad.
STARTING AN INVESTMENT
Avida Village is ideal for a starting couple and those will small children. You can extend your property to suit your growing family. We started selling Avida Village early of 2012. Avida Village is selling well and as of January 2013, there are few remaining units. Phoebe is the most popular unit (few units left) while Cerise is ideal for expanding your house because of it’s flexibility and price. It is the most affordable property of Avida - an opportunity to start owning your very own Ayala property.
Nuvali is the ideal residential complex with a commercial center mixed with plenty of trees, parks and open spaces – that truly boasts of fresh green surrounding.
AMENITIES:
Amenities include a modern club house with standard adult and kids pool. It also has a banquet space, office space for HOA (Home Owners Association) and store space for a convenient store concessionaire.
COMMUTERS:
The 16,000 hectare Nuvali complex has a bus and shuttle service network. However, because it is still being developed, these public transport are currently on a time schedule. Pickup time includes early morning rush hours, mid-day and after working hours up to 9PM, depending on the village association. To date Avida Village has few residents but is starting to grow. A HOA will soon be established.
TRIPPING & MODEL HOUSE:
A model house for Avida Nuvali Village’s Cresta, Phoebe and Bernice can be visited during office hours, Monday to Sunday. You need an appointment with an authorized licensed Sales Agent. Please email or call us at least 2 days ahead if you wish to view the place. Meeting place is at Solenad (Nuvali entrance along Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay main road).
